Clinical Cases: Real Treatment Examples at Diplomat Med Center
All-on-4 Prosthesis Placement on Upper and Lower Jaw
Patient: Pitușcan.
Complaint: Poor fixation of removable dentures, discomfort while chewing, and unsatisfactory smile aesthetics.
Treatment: Using the FastNFix technique, 4 implants were placed in the upper and 4 in the lower jaw. After just 7 days, the patient received temporary conditionally removable prostheses — a beautiful smile and daily comfort were restored.
Dental Prosthetics on Upper and Lower Jaw with All-on-4 System
Complaint: Complete absence of teeth, difficulty chewing, aesthetic discomfort, and lack of confidence in the smile.
Treatment: 4 implants were placed in the upper and 4 in the lower jaw. After only 5 days, the patient received implant-supported prostheses. The smile was transformed, the face looked younger, wrinkles smoothed out, and joy in communication and eating returned.
Orthodontic Treatment of Narrow Upper Jaw and Lack of Space in a Child: Result in 5 Months
Patient: Sofia, 8 years old
Complaint and Diagnosis: Narrow upper jaw, lack of space for permanent teeth, and tendency toward developing Class III malocclusion.
Treatment and Result: Treatment was carried out using the Marco Rosa orthodontic appliance.
In 5 months, the upper jaw was expanded, space was created for proper eruption of permanent teeth, and the development of pathological bite was prevented.
Comprehensive Restoration of Chewing Function and Aesthetics: 11 Implants and Zirconia Crowns
Patient: Blinov A.
Complaint: Missing chewing teeth in the lateral regions and unappealing appearance of front teeth.
Treatment: We restored the smile and chewing function: 11 Neodent implants with zirconia crowns were placed, and the front teeth were restored with zirconia crowns for perfect aesthetics.

Complaint: The patient presented with a complaint of lacking chewing efficiency in the posterior upper jaw and unsatisfactory aesthetics of the front teeth. The smile appeared unharmonious, which affected self-confidence during communication.
Treatment: Implantation of the upper jaw was performed with six Neodent implants placed. Custom zirconia crowns were fixed onto the implants, providing both strength and natural aesthetics. A temporary acrylic restoration was used for the lower jaw, allowing the patient to chew comfortably while preparing for the next stage of treatment.

Complaint: The patient presented with severe tooth destruction, missing chewing units, and a misaligned bite. The aesthetics and function of the smile were significantly reduced, causing discomfort in daily life and insecurity in communication.
Treatment: Total dental rehabilitation was performed using the patient’s own teeth and dental implants. A combined approach was used: crown placement, artistic tooth restoration, and prosthetics on implants. Full jaw rehabilitation on implants: smile restoration in two stages
Stage 1: Preparation and implant placement
Patient: Korchmar F.
Complaint: The patient presented with complete tooth loss in the upper jaw and nearly complete loss in the lower jaw. As a result, chewing function, speech, and facial aesthetics were impaired. The condition caused significant physical and psychological discomfort.
Treatment: The first stage involved comprehensive diagnostics and surgical intervention — total rehabilitation of both jaws with placement of 4 implants in the upper and 4 in the lower jaw. An immediate loading protocol was used, with fixation of temporary adaptive prostheses. This allowed the patient to quickly return to a normal life without a prolonged edentulous period.
Stage 2: Final fixed implant-supported prostheses
After successful osseointegration of the implants, the patient returned to complete the treatment. The temporary prostheses had already restored the basic functions, but the patient was ready for an aesthetically perfect and long-lasting solution.
Treatment: In the second stage, final fixed acrylic prostheses (supported by implants manufactured in Italy) were fabricated and placed. The constructions were designed taking into account the patient’s anatomy, aesthetics, and speech characteristics.
